ABOUT THE PROGRAMME


During the programme I’ll teach you how to weight train safely and effectively to maximise results. Each session combines strength training and aerobic conditioning, both potent for Fat Loss and Lean Muscle Gain. 

SO WHY IS STRENGTH TRAINING SO IMPORTANT?


  • Fat Loss - apart from the aesthetic benefits, lowering Body Fat will also reduce toxicity levels under the skin reducing chances of health related illness. 
  • Increase metabolic rate and therefore fat loss potential will increase.
  • Strengthens tendons, joints helping reduce injury and improve overall movement quality.
  • Anti ageing - building lean muscle will reduce the speed at which muscle mass is lost with the ageing process.
  • Stronger bones and connective tissue.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Q. I haven't done this sort of training before, is it still suitable for me?

A. Yes! As long as you are healthy and injury-free the programme can be adapted to your current level. All shapes and sizes, ages and abilities are welcome!

Q. How many people are in the group?

A. There are between 4 - 6 max in each group.

Q. I cannot make all 12 weeks consecutively - can I still join?

A. Yes! If you have to miss a week, you can make up the session by attending my Saturday morning Bootcamp from 8 -9 am at Taunton Vale Sports Club.

Q. Does the programme include Nutrition?

A. Each programme has its own private WhatsApp support group where I provide extra advice and you can ask any questions. However, if you are looking for more personal help with your nutrition we have a separate nutrition coaching programme for that.

Q. I'm nervous about committing to something like this as it's very alien to me...

A. I hear you and want to reassure you that you are not alone in feeling this way. It is hard to start something new and you should feel proud that you have come this far into the process. All I can do is promise you that as soon as you first walk through the door on that first session, all your concerns will disappear and you will go away excited to come back to the next week 🙌
